This agreement is a legal contract between you and Haiou VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the downloading, installation, and use of the mobile accelerator application (the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to this agreement. Please read it carefully before use. Unauthorized copying or modification of the App or its associated trademarks is prohibited. You may not extract source code through reverse engineering, translate app text, or create derivative versions. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service operations, we may adjust features or service fees and will communicate relevant changes. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting may reduce system security and affect app operation.

This Service integrates necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. During use, you are also bound by the applicable terms of those providers.

Service limitation notice: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. If service cannot be used because of device arrears, data limits, or poor signal, the Service Provider is not responsible. Mobile data or roaming charges may be incurred by your carrier, especially when roaming outside your country of origin without an appropriate data plan.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, inability to access the service due to a depleted device battery is not covered by compensation. We work to provide accurate route information, but some data may come from third-party partners; we are not liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from such data. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate App services without prior notice.
